2. 3D-Printed Products
Our products are manufactured using 3D-printing technology.
Because 3D printing creates objects layer by layer, finished products may have visible layer lines, minor surface imperfections, slight dimensional variations, or small differences in appearance or color.
These characteristics are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and are generally not considered defects when they do not significantly affect the intended functionality of the product.
Product images displayed on our website are intended to represent the product as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of the final product may vary slightly.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, technical errors, or products we are unable or unwilling to manufacture.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, any amount due to you will be refunded according to the applicable circumstances.
4. Custom Orders
Custom products may be designed and manufactured according to information supplied by the customer, including measurements, drawings, descriptions, photographs, models, or digital files.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information, measurements, dimensions, and specifications they provide are accurate.
Before production begins, we may ask the customer to confirm or approve certain details of the custom product.
Once a custom product has entered the design or production process, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

5. Customer-Provided Designs and Files
If you provide us with a design, 3D model, image, logo, file, or other material for the purpose of creating a custom product, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material and to authorize us to use it for fulfilling your order.
You agree not to submit material that infringes another person’s intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, design rights, or other protected rights.
We reserve the right to refuse any project that we reasonably believe may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our online store.
Prices, products, and availability may change from time to time.
